- KiwiCasa Developments is a small Panamanian Corporation formed by quality Craftsmen, business owners and Entrepreneurs.
- Troy Wilkinson, the President of the KiwiCasa Developments is originally from New Zealand and has been building homes for all of his working life. He has built many homes in New Zealand during and after serving his apprenticeship under his Father in New Zealand.
- In 1999 He then moved on to Australia and worked with top quality craftsmen there helping to construct the now very wealthy area of The Gold Coast of Australia.
- After Australia, he had an opportunity to move to Aspen, Colorado in the USA, where he was able to work on multi-million dollar mansions there mostly as a finish carpenter and learned the "American" way of building and finishing homes.
- After the two years in Aspen, he began his own company in Newport Beach, California, in finish carpentry and cabinetry. Troys company in California was formed in 2003 is still running today, although his projects there are very limited as he is very focussed on the prospects in Panama.
- KiwiCasa Developments is a very small, private Company and are underway with the project "Tuscan Villas of Punta Chame" and will move on to other projects only after the properties have been sold and their clients needs have been satisfied.
- Their last project which is a remodelled house also in Punta Chame, although having been remodelled from an extremely bad original state, gives prospective clients an idea of the quality and interest that they will be putting into their newest project, "Tuscan Villas of Punta Chame".
